Shipping

We offer free FedEx ground shipping on all orders over $800 to any of the Lower 48 contiguous US states. Shipping to other destinations is charged at cost.

Getting our products to you in a timely manner is important to us. 80% of our products ship next day. All orders are shipped at cost and include insurance. We ship via FedEx, but are able to ship via UPS if you wish. Please call us to use your own shipping company. We will not ship via USPS.

We do not ship products on the weekend.

Return Policy

This is ScienceSupply.com’s Standard Return Policy applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the ScienceSupply.com website.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can download our RMA form here. Please complete this form in detail and email it to info@science-supply.com.

Any return for a refund may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Products must be returned in their original packaging in new condition within 15 days. Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your own cost and expense if received include:

• Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
• Any product that exhibits physical damage
• Any product not purchased from ScienceSupply.com

Condition of returns will be assessed at the absolute discretion of ScienceSupply.com.

Unless defective out of the box, digital microscope cameras may not be returned. If received, these products will be sent back to you at your own cost and expense.

All sales of products that are close-out specials, or special ordered on behalf of customers are final. No returns of such close-out or special ordered items will be accepted and no refunds can be made.
